On the site in Leipzig-Leutzsch there are twelve demonstration boxes on show with different small treatment plants which are working and integrated into the wastewater treatment cycle. Each commercially available technology is represented with at least one plant approved by the German Institute for Construction Technology (Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik). The former house of the sewage works operator provides offices and training rooms as well as a laboratory.
